Implementation scheme of centrifuge application safety
（1）The road surface shall be neat and firm: for large and medium-sized centrifuge, the moving wood floor of the loading machine shall be firm to ensure that the motor rotor of centrifuge operates normally without concave. The road surface at the loading connection shall be neat and firm.
（2）Find a good balance: find a more accurate small and medium-sized balance ruler, open the centrifuge cover, find a balance on the spindle bearing, adjust the four universal wheels, screw up the anchor bolts to find a good balance, pay attention to the middle foot can not be empty.
（3）The ground wire should be firm: the wiring of switching power supply in the house should meet the demand. In our country, it is three-phase four wire system. Three phase is the three-phase power in industrial production. After the application of three-phase power, the zero line is separated from the ground line. The key point is that whether it is three-phase industrial production power or general single-phase power, the ground line should be reliable to avoid power loss. The ground line should not be connected to the heating pipe or the water pipe.
（4）Power supply voltage: the fluctuation of working voltage should be considered within + 10% of the national industry standard, otherwise the centrifuges of many manufacturers can not operate normally. If the working voltage fluctuates here, it is suggested to use a regulated power supply for consideration of this power grid.
