The two-phase separation horizontal screw foundation settlement centrifugal dehydrator is composed of motor shaft, hood, main rolling bearing, drum, screw, transfer case, driver system software and automatic control system. The drum and the screw run at high speed in the same direction of the differential, and the material enters the inner cylinder of the screw through the feeding pipe, and enters the drum from the feeding port. Under the effect of centripetal force, the heavy solid material accumulates on the inner wall of the drum to produce a residue layer. The spiral pushes the accumulated solid material to the cone end of the drum one after another and discharges it out of the main engine through the slag outlet. The lighter liquid phase materials produce inner liquid ring, which continuously overflows the drum from the overflow port at the big end of the drum and is discharged out of the main engine through the discharge port.

The screw continuously pushes the solid material accumulated in the inner wall of the drum to the cone end of the drum and discharges it out of the main machine through the slag outlet. The light liquid phase and heavy liquid phase continuously overflow from different overflow ports at the big end of the drum. Then the three phases are separated.
