Centrifuge maintenance strategy
We need to know how to maintain the centrifuge:
1.Check the shell part for slack or abnormality.
2.When starting it, check whether it operates clockwise when switching on power supply.
3.Raw materials for material supply shall be placed as well as possible.
4.Centrifuges need technical and professional control staff, and migrant workers are not allowed to control them. The credit limit of the volume can not be exceeded.
5.The machine will not be operated for a long time without stopping or the service life of the machine will be caused.
6.In the application of the machine, the body must not touch immediately to prevent safety risks.
7.Check the maintenance of rotating components every half a year to find out whether there are damaged parts or oil leakage. Once found, it needs to be handled properly.
8.Strictly follow the instructions of the machine for safe operation.
