What is the reason for the automatic shutdown of centrifugal machine?
1、Common faults of electrical equipment. If the situation is judged, the maintenance personnel of electrical equipment shall be contacted quickly to conduct inspection and treatment for part of electrical equipment.
2、The overheating of the motor makes the thermal safety protector jump off, which may also cause the centrifuge to stop. At this time, it is necessary to contact the maintenance personnel as soon as possible.
3、The overload of slurry makes the torque arm controller automatically loosen, and the operation efficiency of automatic safety protection is very likely to cause the centrifuge to stop. At this time, the operator needs to turn the torque arm clockwise. If there is no obstruction, cover the torque arm, drive from the beginning, and adjust the feeding amount; If there is any obstruction, remove the small bearing end cover, flush the drum with tap water, and rotate the drive belt back and forth, left and right, until it is determined that there is no running material in the drum, and then drive from the beginning. It can also check whether the discharge port of the centrifuge is blocked by raw materials according to the situation on the spot. If the blockage is serious, it will cause a heavy load of machinery and equipment, which may lead to the automatic parking system of centrifuge. At this time, clean the discharge port immediately, cancel the discharge, and remove the rotating drum together. It is confirmed that the driving can be started from the beginning after cleaning.
